Suitable candidates will have programme and change management experience working within an ERP environment (ideally SAP). Applicants must have the credibility and gravitas to operate strategically at Board level (CIO/CFO/Supply-Chain director) to implement change management as well as strategy work: value assessments, business case scenarios, running work shops and creating roadmaps of business requirements/opportunities. A Degree (ideally MBA)is essential as is strong depth a breadth of experience around ERP/SAP in order to articulate at board level all the benefits of the roadmap across cross-application functions.
