Account Manager - SAP. Our client, a globally renown household name and pioneering solutions provider, has some rare opportunities on offer for exceptionally talented individuals. This role is a Front Office position involving being the main point of contact and face of the company for the client and working closely with them to build a long term relationship whilst protecting the brand. You will have the ability to deal with issues that arise, communicate up and down an organisation and be comfortable dealing with Director at Board level, working on risk mitigation and have the ability to see things from the client's point of view. The position will then involve you transporting any issues back to the Back Office of my client - in the technical SAP Basis teams to assist and liaise creating the solution. Therefore a strong SAP background (technical or functional), understanding of the product is essential as are excellent communication (board level), reporting and customer relationship skills. Also you will need impeccable Project Management skills to manage the job - your time and schedules. Dealing with politics, communicating across and up/down an organisation and relationship management are all crucial qualities required for this position. A former SAP Basis or Technical Consultant turned Project Manager might be a suitable fit for this role for example.
